What stays free, when you need a token and what Botto does during enrollment.
What can I use for free?
ECTS tracking, grade average, the exam countdown and preparing an enrollment with your preferred course number are free. You only need a token when you start Botto.
How does a token work?
One token activates one prepared enrollment task. It is used when Botto starts. If the task fails or you cancel it, the token is credited back automatically. Purchased tokens remain valid for 36 months and are not cryptocurrency.
Does the app need to stay open?
Yes. Keep Semestria open and your device online during the enrollment task. Check your session before starting. A device that is off or asleep cannot perform an enrollment.
Does this guarantee me a place?
No. Semestria automates your enrollment task but cannot create open places. The result depends on capacity, your connection, a valid session and the enrollment system itself.
Which data stays local?
Target pages, course numbers, grades, ECTS values and session data are processed locally on your device. Your Semestria account and token purchases are handled by external services. See the German privacy policy for details.
Which universities are supported?
Semestria is expanding gradually across universities in Vienna. Not every university or enrollment system is supported yet. Contact support for current availability.
